Description
Introduction
Hualink 1.85 mm female 2 and 4 holes flange RF connector includes air dielectric and passivated stainless steel body, and the heavy gold plated beryllium copper. This 1.85 mm jack flange connector is developed for application up to 67 GHz and accepting .012 and .020 inch pin, it's easy to connect and disconnect on panel, which help customers to upgrade system easily. It's widely used in splitters, combiners, circulators etc. Comparing 2 holes design, 4 holes version provide firmer fixing but will take up more space. 1.85 mm is belonged to V wave band, wave length is 5 mm or so, launch pin & PTFE Small insulator is accepting customization.

2. Hualink's 1.85 mm connector
The 1.85 mm series are similar in structure to the 2.4 mm series. They also adopt reliable threaded connections, but with smaller size, and the operating frequency can reach up to 67 GHz. They are used in communications, precision testing, automobiles, satellites, radars, and radio astronomy and other more stringent millimeter wave fields. The medium adopts the air. The thread adopts metric thread M7×0.75 to avoid mismatching with SMA, 3.5 mm, 2.92 mm, SMK, K and other connectors. In order to protect the jack from damage, the conductor has been matched to more than 50% before the pin contacting the jack. The interface is compatible with 2.4 mm, V series connectors.
