Introduction
Hualink 1 mm female 2 and 4 holes flange RF connector includes air dielectric, passivated stainless steel body, and heavy gold plated beryllium copper. This 1 mm female flange connector is developed for application up to 110 GHz and accepting .009 inch pin, it's easy to connect and disconnect on panel, which help users to upgrade system easily. It's widely used in splitters, combiners, circulators etc. Comparing 2 holes design, 4 holes version provide firmer fixing but will take up more space. It's usually used in filter, waveguide etc. .009" pin and Teflon insulator please inquire us.

1. Hualink 1 mm connector
The design of the 1 mm connector assures mode-free operation to 110 GHz. The 1 mm connector is a pin and socket-type connector that uses an air dielectric interface. High-performance support beads are used on the GPC versions, and they are set back far enough from the reference plane so that interaction between beads in a connector pair is minimized. 3. Power Handling Capability
There are 2 types of power handling (expressed in watts) that must be considered
■ Average Power
Average Power - the input power to a cable/connector which will produce a maximum safe center conductor temperature under steady-state conditions when terminated with a matched load.
A safe center conductor temperature is one that will not melt the dielectric.
■ Peak Power
Peak Power-is limited by the voltage rating of the connector. The peak power is determined by the equation V^2/Z where V=the peak voltage rating and Z is the characteristic impedance
