Description
Introduction
Hualink 1.85 mm to 2.4 mm adaptor has a good performance to 50GHz. It uses a passivated stainless steel body and ruggedized construction for repeatability and reliability function. Outer conductors engage and align before the center contacts engage preventing damage to the center contact. Plug coupling nut extends beyond the male center contact, protecting the contact while not mated. Both 2.4 mm and 1.85 mm are threaded structures, that makes connection is firm enough. As everyone know, 2.4 mm is mateable with 1.85 mm, why we still develop this adaptor, because 2.4 mm is mateable with 1.85 mm only in mechanical, it means not matched in electrical, or say performance will be affected when connect 2.4 mm to 1.85 mm directly. 1. Precision Cable: 1.0 mm (W1 connector) frequency up to 110 GHz or beyond
The 1.0mm connector is named for its outer conductor diameter and air dielectric. Impedance is 50 ohm. It has a small size, the coupling between connectors is thread M4 X 0.7 together with 6mm hex nut. Since it's tiny, it can be used in smarter/rugged equipment. Its working frequency can cover to 110GHz.
Right now, we could supply the 1.0 mm male/plug to 1.0 mm female/jack or male cable assembly with the length you want. If you require armor, we also can provide it to you. In other words, we accept customized products with short delivery time. (PS: following picture does not show the final goods be. We'll add the heat shrink tube)
